After so much time of writing nothing, because. . . if I am honest, I had no idea what I could write about, I had a thought lightning yesterday. Why do not write about my role model ??
Obviously I never really had a role model. . .but I've been wanting to become an actrice since- I don't know, since my childhood maybe. . . thats why I've decided to make a blog about my favorite actrice:
Grace Kelly
Grace Patricia Kelly was born on the 12.11.1929 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
She began her career really early, first as a model (with almost 11 years), then as an actrice.
She won one Oscar and 4 Golden Globes.
In her time she was THE Diva, THE Lady with style .
No wonder that she married a prince, prince Rainier 3rd of Monaco.
Rainier and his whole small state (Monaco) have benifited a lot of the marriage with the Hollywood-Star. More rich and famous people came there on vacation and Monaco got finally popular, that was the plan of the Grimaldis. - making the state richer. Monaco used to have a lot of debts, until Grace Kelly has come.
And not only for her new home a lot had changed, her new life should be. . .slightly different from then on.
After her marriage, she was never allowed to play any roles again. - although it was her "dreamjob", her passion, in the eyes of the Grimaldis she had only one task to fulfil then, being the new queen for Monaco.
It's said that she, after she has heard that she wasn't allowed to play ever again as an actrice, Grace caged up herself in her room and stayed there for a week.
What I really like about this gorgeous lady is that she was everytime so elegant, outside and inside, everytime so calm and nice to everybody.
& it fascinates me that after the wedding, you don't know much about her- has she found her Happy End, or was she dashed to the ground ?
The Monarchie will not tell the truth. . .everything was fine, a fairytale wedding and then a married dreamcouple.
Although she was not everytime happy about having to play the role of the queen, Grace tried to let nobody know about the feelings inside her, she smiled every problem away.
I just love her.
She was a good human-being, and although I can't really undestand the problems you had in your marriage, because I don't have such an experience right now, I will remember you as the Hollywood-Star, the strong Lady with the beautiful smile.
